The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The view of the mountain was wonderful, the room was air-conditioned, well-appointed and the bed was extremely comfy. Additionally, there were electric kettles and refrigerators in the room, which was convenient.

The personnel was reasonably good, and the owner too. I booked brand-new airy room with balcony.

hotel was fairly clean and special with reasonably good staff and beautiful location on the hill. location: the venue was just next door to the train station in ella, the main centre and hiking. the morning breakfast was savoury and delicious with magnificent views and beautiful view.

The place is clean and appealing. The breakfast is delicious and tasty with a lot of options. The deluxe double room is well-appointed with mountain views. The staff is accommodating and provides good service. The food in the garden for breakfast is excellent.

The stay here was very nice for nice holidays. Pleasant and incredible stuff, greeted us with such kindness. The location was good and stunning, for example, Kinellan Tea Factory was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. There was a great restaurant with special meals.

I didn't want to leave and would definitely return here. Well, it was an extra special stay on vacation. The hotel's location was absolutely incredible, just off early morning trucks going into Ella as well as the center.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the bustling town area, making it easy to explore the unique places around. I recently stayed at a hotel in Ella for a business trip and I must say that I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Both were spotless and well-maintained. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel also had a great location, being just a short distance from the train station and the main street with restaurants and shops. It was convenient for me to explore the area during my free time.

I did find the price of the hotel to be quite high for what it offered. The value for money was not the best, especially considering that some of the furniture in the room was a bit outdated and there was limited space to move around.
